This fantastic opportunity which came about after Clinical Director, ophthalmology Department of University of Wales Hospital Mr Patrick Watts invited the group to perform.

'We had a fantastic time, I thought it was going to be scary performing in front of all those eye doctors, but the really liked us and we got a standing ovation'

'It was a massive event, stalls and people everywhere. I didn’t realise that there were so many people involved'

'They gave us lovely food and lots of goodies!'

The performance was so successful that UCAN has been asked to perform at the next annual congress which is to be held in May 2010 in Liverpool.

This event was funded by the Arts Council of Wales
