Hi everyone,

July has arrived and things are full of energy here at UCAN! We’ve got a packed month of workshops, performances and summer fun, and we can’t wait to see what everyone brings to the sessions.

We’re especially looking forward to our Summer Fun Day on Saturday 19 July — an afternoon of creativity, circus skills and the chance to perform and celebrate together.

And with our 20th birthday performance just around the corner on Saturday 16th of August at the Sherman Theatre, rehearsals and planning are in full swing. Make sure to save the date!

Hi everyone,

June is here and we are already getting stuck into another exciting month at UCAN. We have started planning a performance to celebrate our 20th birthday, which will take place at the Sherman Theatre in Cardiff on Saturday 16 August. Make sure to put the date in your calendar.

Our young people continue to amaze us with their talent and creativity. We have lots of fun workshops and collaborations coming up this month and we are looking forward to seeing what everyone brings to the sessions.

We hope you all had a great March. This month we have some exciting workshops planned over the holidays, along with our usual creative sessions that continue to be full of talent and enthusiasm.

"Hamilton" Touch Tour at Wales Millenium Centre

Big thank you to all the staff at Wales Millenium Centre for providing a Touch Tour and Audio Description of the fantastic musical theatre show Hamilton.  It is amazing that so many theatres are working so hard to make performances more accessible for blind and partially sighted audiences.
